Elderberry*, Spilanthes*, Echinacea*, Organic Alcohol (40-70% ABV), and distilled H2O. (*grown at Loping Coyote Farms in Reno, NV). 

RITUAL: Shake gently. Adults take 4 ml (4/5 of a teaspoon) three times a day. Take care not to squirt the tincture on the back of your throat.
